I am a bipolar, depression, and trauma specialist.  For those suffering in those areas psychotherapy can mean survival, improved quality of life, and better relationships.  I also have extensive experience working closely with caregivers of individuals with bipolar illness and their unique needs. Additionally, I work with anxiety, abuse, relationship problems, LGBTQIA concerns, addiction, body image, and academic stress. In my work I incorporate issues of development/parenting, femininity/masculinity, and issues of culture, religion and self-esteem.

Psychotherapy can be enormously helpful, relieving, and enlightening. No two therapies are ever alike and together we will craft that process so that it serves you best. The potential includes easing suffering and distress, understanding yourself better, and leading a happier and more fulfilling life.
